read it. i can see how it can be interpreted as sarcastic, funny, disappointed, or loving ect. by the way you responded to an innocent unbiased comment, that in no way was an attack on your character or beliefs, leads me to believe that you are a narrow minded person (or at least come off that way). wish you the best.
