i agree his case is fucked but i still think he killed himself, the thing about courtney hiring that dude is of course sketchy but courtney is not good enough of an actor to cry with Kurts mom for days after he died and would she be able to fool Krist? or Dave? they would i think see right through it if it was her. If he was killed it wasn't courtney in my opinion.

as far as you 1heldaccountable, the ammount of time blood to take from the blood stream to the heart is about 30 sec-2min, i say that due to possible circulation problems from heroin there are a lot of things that just seem too coincidental, but even if he murdered, the case wouldnt be concluded, the killer is most likely dead, or doesn't existthe main thing that gets me is the fingerprints not being on there, and the man courtney love hiredit just seems like they were covering it up

you bring up a good pointan interview with kurt stated that his entire use of drugs was to get over his stomach painstating that he used heroin for 3 days straight and felt great with no stomach problemshoweverthe immunity to herion built up in kurt would maybe make him have to use more to have effects, but toxicity is another matter3 times the leathal dose of heroin to kurt, if not instant death, then he would not be able to lift the gun, or let alone pull the trigger

Kurt was overwalmed by his sucess. He wouldn't wanna be called a God, or be a God. But he is. He's a legond!!! His music lives on in our hearts, and Kurt lives in our memories. Although he is dead. His music and energy will NEVER die!
