Believe it or not, they're not that bad. A lot cheaper than comparable synths from other companies (ie: Moog, Nord, Access).

I don't know about Minimoogs. But Marion is designed by Tom himself. 8 analogue osc. in one rack unit box.

The raw sound of the prophet 08 minus the digital oscillators is more colored, 'cos the chips were tweaked . different tones, both great synths. |
