Most of us do follow the rules. It's like many things in life, the idiotic minority are the most memorable ones. I never understood the whole red light jumping business, it's a great place to catch your breath and have a drink. The jumpers all seem to be very slow and you immediately catch up with them once the lights change. ;o)

Not very realistic ! You must be the only cyclist in Staines who actually stops at a red traffic light !!

There is a little tie clip with a microphone and a start stop switch on it. I tend to start it rolling when I set off and run it until I stop. I cut out any interesting bits later. Most footage is uneventful so just gets deleted.

try actioncameras dot co dot uk or amazon. I have an Archos media player with helmet camera attachment, very neat and rugged. Also look up ATC2000 they are a neat and cheap little unit.
