Just contacting shouldnt be that bad. BUT there can be unknowns.Like if a tourist is sick. Has contact with a tribesman. The tribesman takes the sickness back to his tribe and the sickness wipes them out because they have no immunity. And if they are a social tribe then it could spread to other tribes and so on an so forth.
