wow, you sure love google,lol.nyway, a nikkah, no matter how expensive or cheap, needs to be doen with good intentions and for Allah's sake. Also, people should try not to follow whatever society says needs to be done at a wedding, but rather look at the holy Nabi (salalah hu alaihi wa salam)'s example, and follow that. peace unto you all!

a khutba is a waste of money... just makes no sense! a nice cheap wedding is filled w/ barakahthe most extravagant weddings usually end in divorce so...how bout a nice lil BBQ or something :Dthe most important thing is your marriage not your wedding
