Does anyone know the story behind the dedication at the beginning of the video, i.e. Darlene talking about someone's horrific circumstances, their daughter dancing with angels and how the Word of God works even in our trials?

Used to play and sing this song, and others from Hillsongs and Geoff Bullock, in a worship band some 10 years ago. I fell away big-time, and have little faith now, but loved listening to this, it brought back plenty of emotions and memories
