Does this cartoon not demonstrate how the policies of boarder patrol are indeed racist? What shit-for-brains wouldn't feel a sense of sorrow as another amigo gets shot down? I don't think this clip is even meant to be funny, but it does have emotional content and opens dialog, which is already bound to be hostile or compassionate, depending on the individual's bigotry or lack thereof.
