Smooth rebuttal xekul. Love the irony. Do you think Chopstew449 "gets it"? Probably thinks you're serious. Well Chopstew449 do you think it would be reasonable to enact these restrictions on the first amendment? It's exactly what you're proposing for the 2nd amendment. concerning the "environment" in high pop areas, one could argue that if more folks were armed and trained perhaps it would be a safer more polite society.

i too believe in placing arbitrary restrictions on constitutional rights! i think that it is alright for people to have freedom of speech, but not in big cities or high population areas. i think it is alright for people to have freedom of assembly, but only in places where at least 3/4 of the population is white. and i think it is alright for there to be freedom of the press, but only in states east of the rocky mountains and north of the mason-dixon line!

Fireworks are not a constitutionally protected right, nor do they contribute to self-defense. Restrictions on fireworks due to fire hazards are prudent and reasonable.Restrictions on possessing firearms based on location are not. Now, having laws saying "no discharging firearms in city limits, except on a range and/or in self defense" is pretty reasonable. But outright prohibitions are not, in my opinion.

Well it is not less rights it is just a diffrent Environment. I think laws should not be on a general scale, Local laws should adapt to the peoples needs and chances of something going wrong, For an example during certain parts of the year california should ban fire works because of dry weather but in less dence and more moist enviroment the laws should not be as strict.

Why should people in cities have less rights than rural people?I'm honestly not sure where it took place, but I think some of the previous comments from others indicated that they knew what range it took place at.

I really like this video and i think that it is all right for people to own these guns but not in big cities or high population areas, and roanoke has a pretty big population.( i live there) Were did this happen?
