Don't fool yourself about GA there is a lot of money in metro Atlanta. We have ghettos and so does Cali. I wouldn't move to Cali if you gave me $1 million, that is what you would need to find a half decent home out in Cali anyway, believe me I know because I sell real estate part time. If you took an average $200,000 house in GA and put it in Cali it would be $1 million, LOL Who needs all the smog, gang violence, racism from LAPD, give me a good ole redneck any day!!
