I have, over the course of the last 2 years gotten to a consumption of 4 Tbsp per day. I love the raw coconut oil! I can't get enough of it! There is nothing that I wouldn't add it to-but it makes my smoothie taste like heaven! :)

I love coconut oil! It gives me a ton of energy. I take capsuls, and also cook with it! It's the medium chain tryglicerides, that make it different from other saturated fats. It's the soy industry that wants us to beleive coconut oil is bad! Read "The Coconut Oil Miracle" by Bruce Pfife.

In my country, where we seldom cook without olive oil, we've always been told that the worst oils for your health are coconut and palm because of their high content on saturated fats. I'll try to find more about these oils.

Thanks. It's funny that noone believes me when I say coconut oil is good for you. I'll have to make people watch this vid.

When I use it raw, I like raw organic coconut butter. It's not just the oil, but whole cocount flesh. It is very tasty.

Thanks for making this video! I had heard once or twice about how saturated fat isn't necessarily the evil monster we're told it is. I think I just might give coconut oil a try. One question, though: besides using it as a cooking oil, what are some ways to incorporate it into a raw meal? |
