its not a wheelie bar, its a TRACTION bar, since its turbo, the weight seems to shift to the rear making the front end too light, thats where the bar comes handy

Some Getrag 5 and 6 speeds will, as well as some custom trannies, but to handle this power level, yeah, highly unlikely. Also, manuals aren't ideal for the strip in sub 11-second cars.
