The soundtrack for this movie was MINDBLOWING too. I mos def recommend the album if you liked the music on the trailer.

Well, maybe Zach Braff wanted people to identify with new jersey more so people would understand the character.Not all movies are going to be all fun, happy, and sunny.The movie took place here for a reason.

I understand that, what I meant by my statement is that had he chose to make a movie called "Keystone State"(Pennsylvania), that he could have made all of the same points but have it in a place other than NJ. Jersey is the state that people identify the least with. They SHOULD have use PA because its borders NJ,The Average American can relate better...it just would have been better

Don't you think it is possible that they wanted to have the movie that took place in New Jersey. Any other place wouldn't have conveyed the meaning this movie had, the way New Jersey did.Besides, Zach Braff grew up in NJ, so I assume he based this partially on his life.
