I bet you don't know who David Belle is...It's a founder of parkour, he is above 30, no problems with knees and shit, still going upwards ;-).Parkour and 3runing ain't supposed to be damaging discipline. It ain't bout what, but bout how. If u progress with RIGHT speed, if u don't do shit, you won't be having any permanent injuries in future.

I agree that it was mostly to promote Parkour, but it's a discipline not a sport. Also the title is wrong Parkour is NOT Free Running. There is quite a difference. Just ask anyone that actually knows the history of Parkour.

haha i can bet it wasent even a race and that the guys didnt run much other than the sequence they filmed and this was all to promote the sport and to make the tv show more exciting, cause a peugeot 207 is not |
