i remember when i heard that Ollie had died. I was a sophmore in college, waiting for my next class to start and i was reading the new york times, and printed in the middle of the paper was the headling "Ollie Johnston, Last of the Nine Old Men Dies." Some of my favorite works of his were in 101 Dalmatians. Ollie was a very talented man and he will be dearly missed.

Ollie Johnston and the Nine Old Men crafted what is known as the Disney Animation stlye period. Ollie especially put a special emotional touch to all his characters that you feel even without knowing it. A true legend who will definitly be missed. For those who like the Disney Family Album you should check out the movie 'Frank and Ollie'

What's sad you guys with the death of Ollie Johnston, all of Disney's Nine Old Men are gone. All that's left are their work including Ollie Johnston. May he rest in peace.

There will never ever be another Ollie. The man left his career on such great Disney classics that stand the test of time. Thank you for showing people magic through the masterpieces you left on these films.

Thank you Ollie for the Joy, Happiness, and compassion you have shared with everyone!! Although I didn't know you personally, you truly moved me and have inspired me to chase my dreams through your emotional animation!
