to be honest no one can tell you what weight is best for you. you need to start with light weight and continue to increase that weight until you find a comfortable weight that isnt easy to do, but isn't impossible to do with good form. The best would be the weight that allows you to do 10-15 repititions with the last 4 or 5 reps being difficult to do , or 'burn' to do.hope that helps

how much should the weight be?? as my arms are a bit flabby, and i have recently started realizing the need of excercie in my life and i HAVE to squeeze some workout time in my bz life.But i wanna do the bes and most effective ones . awaiting reply. thnx

Jimbo is right, but there are different methods of weightlifting. In general, a person is not suppose to "pause" (lock-out) during movement. F@!#$@g noobs. Slit your throats.
