she is a true artist..what she said is so real..raw, how she wanted to be a "sound" and how TV gets in the way because then the idea of an "image" gets in the way.this is what an artist is! doing it purely for the music

well what i know is that, at the begin when she just started, she was broke. money came along the way. she took the risk of making music, in her own interest, fortunately a lot of people liked her music, as i do. so she became a success. she started for herself. not the money. and even though music is what payes off her bills, i know that she's making music for the love of it. and if you're insinuating she's rich, she's really not all that rich. she's always on the road too, i guess.
