difficulty doesnt determine how good a character is and no im not jokingNess in Brawl is better than Ness in Melee vs. their respective opponent's but if u take them individually, away from the other characters in their games, Melee Ness is better. If you want I can break it down into individual moves.

I hope you're joking. Ness was very difficult to use in Melee, considering how easy it was for him to be gimped. Ness has become better and more user friendly in Brawl. Shit's a fact.

Ness is better in Melee than in Brawl in EVERY way EXCEPT: Grab/Throw, UpB, DownB, Dairexcept for those moves, ness is better in melee...overall not by much tho because upB and grabs are some of ness' most used moves

and? my answer is still the same, i havent seen a match up i couldnt do in brawl... some maybe be slightly harder than others but its pretty much the same

"oh yeah and i forgot to mention, since all characters have infinite air dodging each character was buffed immensely, so much so that tiers dont exist in the least unless you're at a EXTREMELY competitive level, and even so its not so hard considering each character can dodge anything any time, effectively destroying tiersfuck melee it was nothing but space animals shooting lasers at each other" brawl and melee pro. . . lol
