I don't know if she was famous (probably a model) but they used to always show her on the ESPN program "Pardon The Interuption" constantly, cheering in the stands for him.I googled "Marat Safin's girlfriend" once (that's all they ever called her!) and found out her name but I forget now. I think you can find clips of her here on youtube.
