i agree the very i mean very few things i hate about the 90's are the damn boy bands! but creed was ok they made some very good songs.

i was born in the early 80's so i dont remember too much from the 80's but i know its better than this decade!!! anyways the 90's owned!

I partially agree :PThe 90's were better than the LATE 80's. I love early 80's metal like Dio, Iron Maiden...etc. Shit like Poison, and Bon Jovi, and hair metal in general ruined that, though.Although, in the late 90's there was boy bands, and Creed-ish post-grunge, and......pfft, Limp Bizkit >.>

I wouldn't call it a BIG MISTAKE...maybe a slight one....other than the missing "grungey yarl" vocal style, Creep pretty much is a grunge song. Soft verse, loud chorus...repeat....dark brooding introspective, often-times ironic lyrics. Grunge is alt-rock anyways....perhaps a sub-genre, like alt-metal, nu-metal...etc...but alternative all the same......until it became a music cliche, like other said subgenres. Hell, now post-grunge just won't die (COUGH-nickelback-COUGH)!Cool list, though.
