for the killing and such if you actually do some research on those you can understand why... for example when the Jews were conquoring the land for Israel the main religion around their was the worship of a god named Baal... who demanded stuff like the sacrifice of the first born children of his followers...theres my refutation, and sorry i didn't go into much detail as its really late.

(cont)didn't understand what the person preaching waas saying... so Paul was just telling them to be quiet and save your questions untill you get home.if you look at slavery in America vs slavery in the Bible you will see such a huge difference its amazing... as there are times in the Bible where slaves had even more power than some free people.. also some people gave themselves as temperary slaves to pay off debts and often times the slave owners worked right along side slaves.

in Jesus' "cut of your right hand if it causes you to sin" speach he was not talking litteral amputation but saying that if something causes you to sin to seperate yourself from it... for example.. if you have trouple with internet porn you probably should stay away from the internet without someone there with you.with the first sexist one its easily refuted when looking at the fact that back then women werent educated and often times would yell across the room to their husbands when they...

I don't think that we can say with any degree of certainty what the light year time and space dimensional relationship really is. Black holes distort time and space and we know nothing of their nature or purpose in relation to our concept of time. Both the earths age and the concept of seeing light from supposed billions of years ago is accepted in scientific circles, whose research is in its infancy and shouldn't be accepted as a fact or truth. Believe God or man is the real question we face.

God calls Israel his wife.. so tell me, would you like it if your husband/wife started seeing other people?example 3... its for overly rebellious kids the type that are so rebellious that they can endanger the comunity around them... as back then the strength of the comunity started with the individual families..example 4.. well, if you look at it compared to similar laws of that time it was fair.. as most countries it was the woman who was put to death and the man went with no punishment

well, lets start of with saying that the laws in leviticus and such were governmental laws which as that government no longer exists the punishments are void. also like to say that even with those laws mercy was more inportant that justice, everyone was given time to repent and it ended up being that if more than 1 person was sentenced to death per 7 years the current judges were considered murderus. also he plays word games... if someone breaks a law they are not innocent of that crime.

considering the bible wasnt compiled till just under 600 years ago, I hardly think it's acuracy is defendable. Can someone explain to me how we can see galaxies billions of light years away, meaning the light must have traveled for billions of years in order for us to be able to see them, if we are only 6000 years old?

FRP,This boy is better at dodgeball than he is at finding his own dick. I am left to conclude that he doesn't like where this is all headed. Talks good though. |
