PS.the tight fitting costume fits baton twirling so it won't be a hindrance for him when spinning the baton. just imagine him wearing loose shirt and pants while doing it. now you see wearing tights does make sense.

i guess his thinking his parents wouldn't be proud of him since baton twirling is made only for girls and it really isn't normal for a guy to do it but for me i don't think he's gay i mean how nice it is to try new things and get out of you comfort zone (not closet ok?). i will not hesitate to try this baton thing it really does look cool. ballet is a very girly dance too but some hiphop dancers out there also try it to improve their balance, movement and posture.
