does it work with bluetooth turned off. if this is a problem then everybody should just turn of bluetoth. and dont you need some securty code. like on the computer you have to enter the same code as the person on the phone

We did an experiment at Uni. just to prove us Computer Science students are useful. A simple experiment, pick 10 fellow students at random and within 30 seconds get complete control over their phone and have the phones send me a text message without their owners noticing. The key here is older model phones, especially Nokia 6310/Sony T610 vintage. Conincidentally, I was using a Nokia 7650 that also has the same vulnerability. It's not new news, most manufacturers have closed the loopholes ;)
