The soul is a concept that humans MADE UP in order to fool themselves into thinking there was life after death and hence calm their irrational fears about death. Fear of the natural world breeds irrationality. Religion is born from that very ignorance, especially when people know very little about the world around them and feel the only way to satisfy themselves is with irrational bullshit which helps them sleep at night and doesn't require them to think for themselves.

Our knowledge is limited and always growing, meaning many questions remain unanswered. I'd take from your response though the positive effects of religion on many peoples morales and ethics are certainly beneficial, however unfortunately the exact opposite can also be said about the use of religion by some.

This is a common mistake that those who do not understand the theory of evolution. "Common ancestor" and "Evolved from (monkeys)". It is quite good that this video clears up many of the misconceptions of evolution.

No dude, these wars are being fought in the name of Power and Money. Bush and the Elitist Banksters and the like are not christians, or God loving folk... And your talking about religion, when simply being spiritual can reap a connection with God to me... Thats what people need to understand, not everyone who believes in God is religious or part of any religion... Due to your username, I doubt you will understand this...
