White gains a tempo because black moves the queen two times, allowing white to play out the knight and then an additional piece. Thanks for checking out the vid!

this opening doesn't really give white a extra move cause when the knight moves out he moves his queen again and then that looses the 1 move advantage.

twenty years ago.She doesn't even play chess.Go figure. Meanwhile, instead of thinking on the past, this is a great opening given Black remembers basic defence principles, as the very thrust up front is really a jolt to White.I used to toss it out sometimes for surprise, but, nowadays, not so much into that thinking.I don't really get to play anyone because all my chess playing friends are where I used to live. But, I still 'consider' some games
