When the F%#@ are you gonna learn that America is NOT a country, AMERICA is a continent, it has 35 countries in it (plus other deppendent territories) and many of them also -are or were- named as United States Of ... (Mexico, Brazil, etc). Do the world a BIG favour... get a globe or a map and check it out every once in a while...!!!

Did you just have in little writing around the end 'god bless as soldiers'. first i think you mean our instead of as. and why the hell is this on a janis joplin tribute video? she was against war is all forms, she was hated by the government for spreading messages of peace during a war. if janis was able to see this today then i bet she would throw up and slap you around the face for putting a message of war support at the end of one of her songs.idiot.

Yeah you're right this kind of music the classic rock with a bit of blues and pop(not this song particular mabe but generally) is very rare nowadays I don't even think it excists too bad.I agree with you man I do

I'm embarrassed to admit this but this is the first time I have ever heard a Janis Joplin song. I remember the Mercedes Benz advert and her gravelly, raw, passionate voice. I've listened to this song 5 times already. Thanks Mixxmusic and all other Janis Joplin posts. She was an ultimate force of life. I WISH these people didn't burn out so fast.
