does anyone know what prison kip is at and where a person may be able to write to him for moral and spiritual support? i totally agree that he should be placed in a psych hospital rather than prison the rest of his life! hell thats what they did with the person who shot president reagan in 1981...THE INJUSTICE!

Even some of the families of Kip's victims have in essence forgiven him and realize that Kip wasn't some terminator killing machine, but a messed-up 15 year old in desperate need of help. Yes, 111 years is a ridiculous sentence, but for some reason a lot of scared people in our society and justice system don't understand how this could have happened, so they feel more comfortable just locking Kip up and ignoring him, while hoping nothing like it happens again.

He doesn't need more meds (neither other children), what he needs is God and love!He doesn't deserve to be in jail.

i lived across from him in p hill. he is not a bad kid. his sentence was ridiculous. but i dont think he will ever be deemed fit to be in society. he planned it, and i personally dont believe he was ill, i think he was pushed to his breaking point. i think the courts will never allow him free. the crime was too heinous for that. i also knew some of the victims. so then what? how many can say that? not many. it was a tragedy that should have never happened. and thats it. nobody won. |
