It's actually a starter wheel for airplane engines but it was also made to start non-pull start engines without a starter box. It basically IS a starter box except without the box part lol.

interesting method you used to start it. is that a grinder? You are crzy to do that with a grinder.Motor sounds good though.

Probably need to lean out the high speed needle. Turn it in a quarter turn and go from there. It sounds like your engine is probably bogging from running too rich.

Hey i have this engine but i think it is overheating cuz it will idle good but once i get the rpm's up it stalls out. What's wrong?!

Lol it should have. I'm actually trying to start it after a year of sitting but it wont. Great compression, glow plug is red, but it wont fire up. The primer on the gas tank wont work so I think something is up like the engine isnt getting fuel.

well how much was the engine if it 125$ by new engine if it is like 240$ to 340 do rebulid just saying

Get a new engine, it's not worth the rebuild. I mean, at towerhobbies . com you can find any part you need, but in all honesty I'd just get a new engine. Or I can like, sell you this one lol I broke it used it once and shot this video and it works great. They're hardy engines.
