the zenki 180sx came with the same tails as the us 240 did. and it wouldnt have an sr. the zenki had a ca18det. and the reason it sounds the same is that it has a stock motor, exhaust, and recirculating blow off. hope it helps

Nice to see a standard S13 being chucked about like that. Bit like my trips to the shops.

The viscous fluid is seperated from the regular axle oil within the diff.

i dont no about lsd but normal diff flud crap can be replaced theres an opening in it (in my car anyway)
glhs386 (April 23, 2008 at 5:50 am)
Sort of. Viscous diffs use fluid to transfer power kind of like a torque converter. It takes time for it to start transferring power when a wheel starts to slip, and even when it does it's not going to lock up firmly like a performance clutch-type LSD. Secondly, hard use will overheat the fluid and destroy it's shear properties. One day of drifting can destroy a viscous diff and it will revert basically to an open diff. And since it's in a sealed unit you can't just replace the fluid.

viscous diff = good thing?.. so both wheels spin together?
