It has an 8.8 where I welded up the spider gears inside with 31 spline axles. I used the posi out of a truck to fit the 31 spline axles.

did you put a 8.8 rear end in it or did you just weld up the spider gears in the 7.7 ??? did you leave the stock rotors, springs, etc up front? reason im asking is because im converting a 87 notch over to a 5.0... ive got a good donor car. props on the stang man. check out my 95GT 5.0 with a 100hp shot and lots of bolt ons.
